Senior Product Designer

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Product Designer - Crypto - candidates need to be based in the US or EU.

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric designs and a knack for problem-solving in high-pressure, fast-paced settings. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping our product’s user experience and ensuring it meets the highest standards of security and usability.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be crucial in creating our wallet management system and its interfaces (dashboard, iframe, mobile app, etc.). This role needs hands-on experience with both User Experience (UX), Admin Experience (AX) and Developer Experience (DX). If you are a skilled designer passionate about helping developers bring their fintech ideas to life and add value to their organizations, we want to hear from you.

Your primary goal will be to drive the product vision of our next generation user interfaces.

Examples of primary metrics would be customer CSAT.

• Quickly create user and developer experiences (mainly in Figma) from onboarding to policy management to command line interactions.
• Build clickable prototypes to show your product vision and aid in usability testing.
• Conduct user research to understand developer needs and improve experiences to meet them.
• Study competitor offerings to inform our designs and differentiate our experiences.
• Work daily with the Product and Engineering teams to guide user experience decisions during development.
• Create future product flows to show our vision to the company, board, and key prospect/customer executives.
• Ensure consistency in the overall user experience and help develop a reusable Dfns design system.
• Design new features and experiences in our dashboard and collaborate with product engineers on implementation.
• Explain the reasoning behind interface decisions and advocate for features you prioritize.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying tools, templates, and techniques to enhance existing processes.
• Shape our product strategy and direction by fostering a design-led culture.

Requirements

8+ years of UX design experience focused on interaction design and information architecture.

Worked on developer-centric products and frameworks.

Experienced and passionate about blockchain technology and decentralized finance.

Proficient with modern design tools like Figma.
