The OpportunityÂ
Our Senior Product Designer is a hands-on contributor-leader position. You will focus on creating an intuitive user-experience for multiple enterprise applications and work with a cross-functional agile product team to deliver world class solutions for our clients, customers and fellow employees. You practice an evidence-based, user centric process to understand who they are, what motivates them, and how they interact with our suite of products, and you use this process to influence product and business direction. The Senior Product Designer plays a key role in defining more efficient and intuitive workflows leveraging emerging technologies in machine learning, with a goal to deliver end-to-end software solutions for portfolio applications. Â

 What you will need to be successful in this roleÂ
- Take ownership of product/feature to creatively solve user pain pointsÂ
- Lead visioning and conceptual exercises; establishing POV and future stateÂ
- Navigate ambiguity and contribute to early product definitionÂ
- Collaborate with product partners in defining product requirements and identifying business value in all effortsÂ
- Discovering unmet user needs with multiple research methods and synthesisÂ
- Facilitate group ideation workshops, collaborating with, and guiding stakeholders, SME’s, Engineers and other Designers.Â
- Create elegant solutions exemplifying simple, smart transactions and workflowsÂ
- Iterate design deliverables quickly with a Lean mindset, from low-fidelity flows to mid-fidelity wireframes to high fidelity visualsÂ
- Design and conduct usability tests and synthesize resultsÂ
- Co-leading an agile product squad with the engineer, architect, and product manager.Â
- Assist in defining and maintaining a design system across the product portfolio.Â
- Work to produce high quality deliverables through all phases of the project.Â
- Be an active partner in creating a design culture of human centered innovation.Â
Qualifications  Â
- 5+ years’ experience as a product designer of a UX/UI team through the product development cycle of successfully launched web, mobile, and/or software applications.Â
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate experienceÂ
- 2+ years’ engaging in user research and testingÂ
- 5 years’ experience designing wireframes and prototypesÂ
- 5 years’ experience facilitating and documenting user and stakeholder interviewsÂ
- Portfolio demonstrating design methods, processes, tools, and best practices (contextual interviews, analysis and synthesis, journey maps, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing)Â
- Data-heavy application design desiredÂ
- Deep understanding and/or contributing to design systems is a plusÂ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalentÂ
