Senior Product Designer

We build tools that make it easy for protocols and applications to deploy token incentive programs. Our core product lets teams deploy, manage, and analyze smart contract incentives through intuitive interfaces.

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to architect and implement highly technical, reusable form systems for our boost deployment interface. This role requires strong technical depth and systems thinking to create scalable patterns for complex blockchain interactions.

• Design and implement reusable form patterns that scale across different boost types

• Architect component systems that minimize technical debt and support platform evolution

• Build and maintain a React-based component library for boost configuration

• Create validation patterns and state management for complex smart contract interactions

• Work directly with boost deployers to validate patterns and optimize flows

• Design systems that balance power-user features with intuitive interfaces

• 5+ years experience designing and implementing technical interfaces

• Strong React development skills and component architecture experience

• Deep understanding of form systems, state management, and validation patterns

• Experience creating reusable component libraries and design systems

• Track record of designing complex workflows that scale with user expertise

• Portfolio demonstrating technical interface design work

• Experience conducting user research with technical audiences

• Strong systems thinking and architecture planning

• Clear communication skills and ability to work with technical teams

• History of improving complex workflows based on user feedback

• Ability to balance technical constraints with user experience

• Experience with DeFi/Web3 interfaces

• Knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend tools

• Background working with protocol teams
