Responsibilities:

• Help define the vision for user experience, collaborating with our Product teams to turn that vision into reality.
• Lead design projects through the product development lifecycle, working closely with Product and Engineering, understand problems and iterate through the solution
• Plan and execute user research, deploying all the tools to understand user motivations, habits, and workflows
• Produce highly engaging and functional sketches, wireframes, user flows, user journeys, prototypes, and hi-fidelity user interface designs
• Designing for multiple platforms (i.e., responsive web, iOS, Android)
• Champion user experience and advocate for design and user research best practices across the organization, helping to build our design culture and systems
• Contribute to the company’s design system that will be shared across the Design team
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to create and maintain a web component library

Requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years experience of working on Product design (UX-UI)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Business skillset: know how to engage and follow-up on client's requests; you proactively manage needs and prepare trade-offs, if needed
• Build rapport to establish a long and trustful relationship with your stakeholders.
• Asynchronous work efficiency: effective communication, active listening, written processes & knowledge, and evidence on work results.
• BS or MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or other related areas is a plus
• Experience in agile frameworks and human-centered design
• Profound design skills with a good understanding of user-system interaction and complex platform architecture
• Significant experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototyping
• Experience in managing a design team is a plus
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus
