The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (You!) to join our Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) design team and play a key role in making our products as intuitive and impactful as they are powerful. You’ll be part of a diverse, globally distributed team working together to solve complex design challenges in a fast-evolving, user-centered product space.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Product Designer, you will:
- Lead and shape product design strategies with a focus on user-centered, human-first design.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to transform concepts into elegant, scalable solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to uncover valuable insights and define design opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across products.
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Advocate for users, championing a culture of empathy, accessibility, and inclusivity in every design decision.

Qualifications
- 4 - 7 years of experience in UX or Product Design, with a portfolio showcasing your work across various design stages and complexities.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
