Senior Product Designer

• Synthesize behavioral information and visualize things as they might be instead of how they are. Keep users at the center of everything.
• Understand the wants, desires, struggles, and behaviors of users and advocate for them
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Advance a strong point of view backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, user research data, and industry trends
• Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow them based on experimentation and user research
• Use business requirements, market research, and customer feedback to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
• Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency
• Partnering with product managers and engineering on product and feature launches and own the implementation of your work.
• Experience with working within a design system
• Identify, create, and optimize design foundations, reusable components, and high-level patterns for the Design System.
• Deliver artifacts that raise the bar for visual and user experience design at hireEZ, whether you’re working on wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, or prototypes.

Requirements

• An online portfolio or samples of work on a resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX designer or interaction designer.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to present to and influence other designers, PMs, and senior executive management.
• Ability to define and drive your roadmap and requirements to reach your goals, with input from managers and other leaders.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
