The team

We’re looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our team focused on creating seamless and pleasant onboarding experiences. This role will play a key part in ensuring that our clients across geographies can easily sign up and access the full range of our features. The ideal candidate is skilled in working with design systems excels at designing for optimization and has experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including regulatory operations. A strong visual design sensibility and an ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creativity are essential.

The opportunity

• Design and optimize onboarding experiences that simplify and enhance the client journey ensuring seamless sign-ups and activation across different markets.

• Leverage the design system ensuring consistency accessibility and scalability in your work.

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to address complex requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.

• Iterative improvements through a combination of data analysis user insights and creative problem-solving.

• Bring strong visual design skills to create polished engaging and on-brand experiences.

• Take ownership of projects from research and ideation through to prototyping testing and production.

• Actively participate in design critiques offering and receiving actionable feedback to maintain high-quality output.

• Deliver impactful work in a fast-paced environment balancing speed and precision to meet project goals.

Skills you should HODL

• A stellar portfolio : A collection of work that demonstrates your ability to create high-quality designs that balance user needs business objectives and work with regulatory and technical constraints.

• Showcases mastery in visual design user flows and optimization.

• UI/UX expertise : A strong understanding of user experience principles and the ability to design intuitive user-centered interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Design system proficiency : Experience working within established design systems with the ability to collaborate with others to enhance and evolve these systems as needed.

• Data-driven decision-making : Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform and refine design decisions. Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel Tableau or similar is a plus.

• Collaborative spirit : Proven success working with cross-functional teams including product managers engineers design researchers and data experts. Thrives in environments that value clear communication and egoless collaboration.

• Strong visual skill s: A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned designs that elevate the user experience.

• Adaptability across geographies : Experience designing for international audiences considering cultural and regulatory nuances.

• Ownership mentality : Comfortable working autonomously taking accountability for projects and driving them to completion.

• An interest in Bitcoin cryptocurrency or financial products: You’re excited by the opportunity and potential that crypto currencies bring and you’re excited to onboard more people into this world.
