Senior Product Designer

In this role you will play a big part in crafting a new two-sided experience for Consumers and Local Tax Pros.

Responsibilities

• Operate with autonomy and drive design in partnership with many stakeholders across Design, Development, Product Management, Data/Analytics, Service Design• Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms• Masterful storyteller, able to influence a broad audience by visualizing ideas and concepts for internal leaders, partners and customers• Bring a bold vision and design strategy to life across multiple areas in the ecosystem. Can connect the dots across multiple strategies and initiatives to make the largest impact.• Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system• Deliver User Experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes and prototypes• Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with
