Our pioneering event-based tracking solution gives product teams the ability to gain insights into how to best acquire, convert, and retain their users with the additional help of user engagement and feedback tools.
Userpilot is looking for a Senior Product Designer as follows:
Responsibilities
- Work with product leadership to craft, refine, implement, and communicate design vision and strategy across the organization.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product, business, and engineering partners in an agile environment.
- Create prototypes for new product ideas & test these ideas before implementing.
- Effectively communicate and evangelize design thinking throughout the organization with compelling storytelling.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Deliver innovative design experiences to our customers at each stage of their journey.
- Ensure the delivery of a consistent user experience across the product
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of design experience.
- You have an online portfolio of professional UI/UX design work showcasing an appetite for designs that push boundaries and take risks.
- You find and craft elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.
- You're proficient in design and prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, or Invision.
- Youโre energized by hands-on work: sketching concepts, defining flows, building prototypes, or polishing final designs.
- You have previous experience working with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- You have a broad range of skills with strengths in visual product design.
- Youโre constantly looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback, user research, contextual interviews, and competitive/analogous research.
- Youโre proactive, creative, adaptable, and collaborative. You love wrestling with problems.
- You quickly create a range of engaging, elegant, easy-to-use, and technically-feasible ideas.
