Senior Product Designer

Lumin Digital seeks a Senior Product Designer to join our team of designers, researchers, and data scientists to grow our online banking platform where consumers and their financial institutions can engage productively and achieve transformative experiences together.

What will you do?

Design simple solutions for complex problems, showcasing a creative approach to problem-solving

Participate in high-level product strategy and vision development in support of our mission and user goals

Develop design requirements and schedules in collaboration with Product Managers

Collaborate with developers, designers, researchers and other team members to concept, design, prototype and implement design solutions

Engage with users and clients to understand what they want to accomplish with our product

Contribute to and maintain Lumin Digital’s design system

Present designs for input and critique while being responsive to feedback from team members, customers, and users

Handle design projects independently while executing on requirements within the defined schedule 

Partner with Development, Product, Support and Configuration teams to support our clients

Background in responsive design

Wireframing, Visual Design, and Prototyping

Experience working with Product Managers and Engineers 

Experience working with Figma or similar tools

Experience working with design systems

Helpful Experience

7+ Years of product design experience 

A degree from a university is great, but not mandatory

Design Studio and Workshop Leadership

Fintech product design experience

User Research

UX Research
