Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on an exciting strategic project with one of our clients, based in Melbourne. 

Your responsibilities will be:

• Understand the goals and needs of our users, and the methodologies to best discover them.
• Contribute to the discovery/identification of new features that align with business strategy
• Produce sketches, flowcharts, wireframes and prototypes for testing, validation and to support robust discussions with your team.
• Leverage our design system to create high fidelity designs, facilitate walkthroughs with developers and support all the way through delivery.
• Deliver polished UI designs with accessibility and inclusivity in mind.
• Be a contributing member of the team's growth and learning, through coaching and mentoring.

$800-1,000 per day, depending on experience. Initial 6-month contract which is highly likely to extend. The role is on a flexible work arrangement, mostly remote unless required to visit the head office.

About this role

We’re looking for a Lead Experience Designer to work on a high-profile project with an Australian retail company.

Earn $800-1000 per day, depending on experience. Initial 12-month contract which is highly likely to extend.

Reporting into the Group GM for Customer Strategy, you’ll be tasked with leading up the customer experience team as the client rolls out a new loyalty proposition for the stable of brands. You’ll work with the in-house project team to define customer touch points and design customer experience both in store and online.

You’ll primarily work remotely, and can be located near to Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

• A deep understanding of user-centered design including user research methodologies, usability testing methodologies and accessibility
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Motivation to produce the best experiences, regardless of complexity or channel.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team with different backgrounds and experience levels.
