Senior Product Designer

Our mission is to provide women with the healthcare they deserve, and we are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and help us elevate the user experience for our web application, particularly focusing on user registration and patient engagement.

Location: This role is hybrid- in office 2x a week in Palo Alto.

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Designer with a strong background in creating intuitive, user-centric designs for consumer-facing web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing web applications that delight and engage users, be proficient in Figma, and possess a zest for bringing creative ideas to life. You should also have experience with A/B testing and be comfortable using Mixpanel to gather and analyze user data to iterate on designs. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment with short design cycles, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring our vision to life.

• Design and User Experience:
• Lead the design of user registration and patient engagement interfaces within our web application.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the overall brand and product strategy, focusing on the needs and behaviors of our users.
• Consumer-Focused Web Application Design:
• Apply your experience in designing consumer-facing web applications to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that resonate with our target audience.
• Leverage user research and data insights to drive design decisions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Data-Driven Design:
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design hypotheses and make data-driven decisions.
• Use Mixpanel and other analytics tools to track user behavior and gather insights to refine designs continuously.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, test results, and data insights.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the Head of Product, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the product design process.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Who you are:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer building 0-1 products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on consumer-facing web applications.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating designs, prototypes, and collaborating with team members.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools for tracking user behavior and gathering insights.
• A strong passion for designing consumer-facing web applications that delight and engage users.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short design cycles and rapidly changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

You may also have:

• Experience working in the healthcare or telehealth industry.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
