Why this role?
We are looking for a seasoned Product Designer with about 7-10 years of experience as a Product Designer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both startups and larger tech companies and a blend of consumer-facing and B2B products. This role demands creative ideation and rapid execution so the ability to be dynamic and rigorous without being precious about process or outputs is essential.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end design process for user-facing touchpoints of our models, from concept to launch.
- Participate in user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and market trends.
- Contribute to our design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies.
- Openness to mentoring designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and other departments to ensure an understanding of cross functional needs.
- Drive innovation and design thinking, ensuring that all design initiatives are optimized for actionable outcomes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and design trends, integrating innovative solutions into digital strategies.
You may be a good fit if:
- 7 - 10 years of professional experience in full stack product design
- Proven track record of successful projects on both B2B and consumer products
- Experience in startups and larger, established tech companies
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience working with user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred) .
