Intuit's Identity team is looking for a Senior Product Designer who is excited to create customer and developer experiences and contribute to Intuit's platform capabilities. This role requires a dynamic individual who is excited to deliver in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, with a strong ability to go deep into the details, step back and connect the dots for a more strategic perspective.

Responsibilities

• Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms
• Steward our platform by delivering consistent, yet scalable experiences and flows
• Great storyteller, able to influence an audience by visualizing ideas and concepts for internal teams, partners and customers
• Turn visions into concepts, and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system
• Deliver product design specifications, wireframes and prototypes
• Use facilitative skills to drive the best outcome for multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organization, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
• Design components and patterns in close collaboration with brand, product design teams, and business requirements
• Assist in defining our company-wide design system for Generative AI
• Advocate for design system adoption throughout teams, acting as a subject matter expert to other designers and developers implementing our design direction.
• Facilitate strong cross-functional partnerships that bridge design and development and ensure cohesion across design and code implementation
• Work across business units to define and improve collaboration and processes that enable IDX to deliver with speed and quality
