About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Product Designer to join our team. As a vital member of the product team trio—collaborating closely with product managers and engineers—your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the design direction for Way2B1's platform, which caters to family offices, wealth advisors, and individual families alike.

As part of your role, you will support the team in defining a vision for expanding our products and consistently identifying new opportunities to deliver value to our diverse customers. Your work will make a significant impact by helping to support a fast-growing enterprise client base and contributing to a compelling product redesign.

✅ What you’ll do here

• Plan, design, and expand our product offerings.
• Design AI functionality into our products, ensuring it solves complex problems and provides a delightful and intuitive user experience.
• Foster synergistic relationships with cross-functional teams to design meaningful, user-focused solutions.
• Leverage research and data to inform design choices, deeply understanding user needs and pain points.
• Deliver high-quality design assets, including wireframes, prototypes, and design specs.
• Facilitate design reviews, iterating based on stakeholder feedback and user testing.
• Uphold design standards, guide UI component development, and contribute to our evolving React design system.

The compensation for this position offers a salary range of $175,000 to $200,000 USD.
