Senior Product Designer

Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer at our facility in Bellevue, Washington to transform customer and business objectives into compelling products that have purpose, simplicity, and are feasible to build.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop multiple solutions for a specific challenge that can be delivered across a range of products, platforms, and devices with a bias for action and crisp management of priorities.
• Manage the design process for your projects from discover and concept ideation; through flows and wireframes; to full-fidelity prototype designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, content strategists, user researchers, and other designers.
• Champion cohesion and consistency to unite a growing family of products.
• Clearly present your design process, inspiration, and decisions to stakeholders including C-suite executives.
• Nurture Chewy’s culture and principles within your team and the design practice.
• 2% domestic travel required.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field and 5 years of experience.
• Will accept Master’s and 2 years of experience.
• Must have 2 years of experience in: experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or information architect;
• Leading large-scale product design initiatives;
• Delivering high quality digital products, designs, and prototypes;
• Evaluate the customer and business impact of design decisions;
• In depth understanding of native mobile application platforms and best practices;
• Handling complex services and transactions.
• 2% domestic travel required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Senior Product Designer position is $134,500 - $215,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.
