We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing interdisciplinary team of designers, product managers, engineers, strategists and industry experts. Our designers are tasked with bringing a human-centered approach in helping identify and deliver solutions for some of the most complicated systems plaguing the health care system. In this role, you will get a chance to work across all our product lines, leveraging machine learning to help eliminate waste and drive compliance among stakeholders. The product experiences you design will focus on the discovery and delivery of customer value for providers, drug manufacturers, and payers. As the design team grows, this position has the opportunity to expand into becoming the go-to resource and thought partner in one of our solution spaces. 

Drive product excellence: By partnering with PMs, developers, strategists, and industry experts, you’ll identify, develop, and help bring new product and service innovations to market.

Deepen our customer intimacy: You will get to know our customers’ challenges intimately so that you can ensure we’re always advocating for their needs while we design. 

Shape our product design org: By joining our small and growing team, you’ll be able to contribute and codify how we work and help define design excellence at Kalderos.

Immediate impact (first 6 months): You will iterate and strengthen our in-market drug manufacturer offering through customer-driven insights, while also helping research and define new offerings across our other customer segments.

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience across all aspects of product discovery & delivery: defining product strategy, customer research, detailed design, development and release support
• Discovery skills in user research & analysis, journey mapping, problem validation, and solution validation
• Ability to explore divergent concepts/ideas while understanding how to converge and build iteratively, testing and evaluating your assumptions along the way
• Strong facilitating and collaboration experience, guiding work sessions and working across teams to help drive internal stakeholders towards product alignment
• Advocate for design and inspire the team, by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally, while being able to precisely articulate design rationale
• The ability to be hands-on, collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble in your daily tasks, continuously incorporating feedback into your work
• Portfolio (online or attached) demonstrating attention to craft and application of product thinking

• Experience working within an early-stage or fast-growth company
• Experience within healthcare, healthcare tech, or fintech
• Experience building products that leverage machine learning or advanced analytics
• Experience partnering with product and engineering to scope out project goals, timelines, resources, activities and deliverables
