Senior Product Designer

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team.

Our product designers take ownership of a product feature or experience from ideation to production. This includes research wireframes prototyping the design team and developers to create and launch experiences used by thousands of our customers every day.

For this role we are looking for a Senior level Product Designer to take the lead on our core Bitfinex products and features across web and mobile working on cryptocurrency trading products.

You will report to the Head of Product Design and will:

• Drive the strategy and positioning of your product area

• Plan scope and create work that contributes to a long-term plan

• Communicate your ideas and work to your direct team and other teams

• Drive execution of your product area in its entirety taking full ownership

• Work with our design systems to help define our design

• Scale your designs across multiple platforms and surfaces

This is a remote position and candidates will need to work primarily within European time zones.

• 4+ years experience working on complex products.

• Experience with Fintech would be an advantage.

• A strong portfolio with real examples of products you designed that have been shipped.

• Worked with and contributed to design systems in Figma.

• You obsess over the details and have a strong visual style.

• You’re naturally curious about design and technology.

• You’re always open to constructive feedback and always willing to learn smarter ways of working.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and present ideas.
