Passionate about creating great customer experiences. Know that excellence in design is as much about the tiny details as the big picture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’ll collaborate with others and present your work regularly in a written format.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools and familiarity with development.
Strong UI and visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing craftsmanship in both writing and visuals.
View product design as a holistic process with touchpoints on and off the screen.
Excited to iterate and fine-tune the product experience. Understand that on the web design is never finished. It’s always striving for the next improvement.
Literate about front-end code particularly HTML and CSS.
A genuine interest in and familiarity with some of our products and the open-source community.
Seeking a role that offers autonomy where you’re encouraged to pursue your best ideas not stifled by bureaucracy. At an organization that trusts its employees to think independently and achieve collaboratively.
