What you'll be doing:
  • Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you will be responsible for the user experience for one of our SME products
  • Collaborate with business strategists, product designers, product managers, content strategists, engineers and data scientists
  • Build consensus with your product, engineering and legal colleagues while also identifying risks and removing roadblocks.
  • Partner on product discovery with business subject matter experts to improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners to define functionality, producing prototypes that showcase multiple design concepts, with a deep understanding of the customer and business and the problems they solve.
  • Accurately scope requests, develop and communicate a level of effort, plan your work in a team environment.
  • Conduct foundational and directional research to help define and monitor adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics for features and the product as a whole.
  • Use storytelling and strong communication skills to bring a diverse set of stakeholders through the design process with a focus on transparent collaboration throughout.


What you should have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years experience working as a product designer or UX designer in a SaaS company
  • Experience leading a product launch and feature launches
  • Collaborating with product designers of varying levels to understand user needs and design customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience conducting user experience research
  • Experience working with product owners as well as business and legal stakeholders
