Senior Product Designer - Ads Platform

Location: This role is completely remote-friendly . If you happen to live close to one of our physical office locations our doors are open for you to come into the office as often as you'd like.

Team Description: Ads power Reddit’s business. The Ads Design team plays a pivotal role in shaping Reddit's monetization strategy while supporting advertisers in achieving their business goals. The Platform team is focused on building stable reliable and robust tools that empower advertisers and account managers to efficiently manage ad campaigns at scale. Role Description: As a Senior Product Designer on the Advertiser Platform team you will play a crucial role in developing 0>1 strategy and leading the design of intuitive high-performance AI tools that empower advertisers and account managers to create monitor and optimize their ad campaigns on Reddit.

Your focus will be on examining and enhancing key workflows and experiences in Reddit’s Ads Manager as well as guiding our growing efforts in AI-driven automation. With substantial ownership in this business-critical team your work will significantly impact how brands connect with redditors. Close collaboration with other designers product managers engineers and UX researchers will be foundational to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the design of Reddit’s Advertiser Platform

• Understand the unique needs of a broad range of advertisers and translate those into  powerful and easy to use experiences that will help advertisers grow their business

• Conceptualize non-obvious improvements that push Reddit’s Ads Platform further.

• Translate complex ideas into elegant scalable and intuitive design solutions.

• Execute at every stage of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery balancing innovation with usability.

• Drive consensus across diverse teams through effective exploration communication and presentation to design peers and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience in UX/UI design including at least 2 years of ads industry experience

• An excellent online portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work in complex systems

• Comfort with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations

• An inspired story-teller with strong written and presentation skills who is adept at bringing others along in their process for maximum buy-in and impact

• Humble curious and motivated to ship the best product
