At BeReal, we are dedicated to authenticity in social media. By encouraging users to share unfiltered moments, we foster genuine connections and celebrate real life. We are now an international team of 30+ and have 40M+ monthly active users. Backed by Voodoo, our team is fully focused on scaling BeReal into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions.

Role

BeReal’s product team is a small group of high-performers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations. Highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas, each member of the team is expected to identify opportunities, design high-impact solutions, drive implementation, and assess results.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of user behavior and needs. Identify key problems and opportunities
• Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate business impact.
• Contribute to prioritizing initiatives.
• From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, design features that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail.
• Identify key metrics your solutions should improve and take ownership for achieving success.
• Implement, test, and iterate with the technical team.
• Contribute to building and improving our design system.
