Senior Product Designer, Growth

The Growth Product team at Carta is an influential and high-impact team of product managers, designers, and engineers – and we’re just getting started. We fulfill Carta’s mission of making equity accessible by bringing as many happy users onto the Carta platform as possible. We achieve this by optimizing for discoverability, acquisition, and onboarding across the many products in Carta’s ecosystem.We are collaborative and interdisciplinary in nature, interfacing frequently with other product teams, executives, marketing, sales – the list goes on and on. We are data-driven and rely on product insights, market research, and user feedback to prioritize our work. • Expand the reach of the Carta products to underserved markets
• Pioneer product-led growth for Carta’s many products and services.
• Influence strategic decisions and growth trajectory of Carta
• Rapidly prototype experimental features and measure user impact
• Optimize Carta signup and onboarding
• Design a component library with reusable, intuitive UX patterns related to signup/onboarding

• Experience designing for desktop
• An online portfolio of case studies that demonstrates unfailing advocacy for the user, highlighting: enterprise design work, desktop design work, analytical decision-making, and strategic thinking
• Understanding of how to prototype at the appropriate degrees of fidelity to solicit clear customer feedback
• Experience designing for measurable outcomes; conducting user research, working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement research strategies, and using findings to inform needs and to measure success
• Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment
