Senior Product Designer - Growth

What we're looking for

You are a product thinker, a collaborative cross-functional team player. You create connective tissue between your team, your partners, and leaders in the company. You are passionate about bringing better design to the business world, through personable interfaces, and a commitment to empathizing with our users. You will report to the Director of Product Design.

You will

• Bring a user-centered design perspective to our highly collaborative growth team (Product, Engineering and Content)
• Rapidly iterate, concept and prototype user experiences, with an emphasis on right-sizing your design solution to the problem at hand.
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to craft hypotheses around user behavior, and create user experiences that drive the intended outcome.
• Support & encourage a culture of accountability and feedback – you give it, receive it and grow from it, and encourage this practice on the team
• Be comfortable using Figma to design solutions, and eager to revise your work when new information surfaces.

You have

• Passion for product led growth and feedback tools
• Interest in the psychology of purchasing behavior, upgrades, and the intersection of design and our goals
• A grasp of data informed design. You enjoy understanding what motivates customers and can guide the team on experiments to validate hypotheses.
• At least 3 years of product design experience
• Able to work with core partners on Pacific time, and occasional early mornings to collaborate with our EU-based growth team.
• Bonus points for working on a growth team
• Additional bonus points for having the opportunity to dig into data tables, aggregate metrics and form a hypothesis around it.
