This depends on new users building a habit of using Fitbod, consistently exercising to realize fitness results, and finally referring people they know to our platform. We’re hiring a designer to help more people move through each step of this fundamental growth loop.

We’re not just focused on the advanced gym-goer. Rather, we are unlocking functional movement, strength, flexibility, and freedom from pain for millions of people.

Our recommendation AI is used by hundreds of thousands of paying customers. It employs advanced statistics, machine learning, and over 400 million fitness data points to create highly personalized and flexible fitness plans.

Revenue-driving impact

You’ll directly operate on our highest leverage, short-term growth levers. You'll have the responsibility, impact and "proof of work" of driving the core metrics behind a successful consumer subscription business.

Master the art of growth design

You’ll partner directly with our co-founder, a product designer who has deep, applied experience of applying design to drive our growth strategy. You’ll master hypothesis-driven product development through collaborating with Product, Data-Science, and Growth Marketing.

Mature metrics & user research capacity

User research plays a core part of our product development cycle. Our product is well equipped and integrated with our data analytics tools. This empowers anyone in the organization to answer data questions themselves.

We’re able to ‘slice and dice’ specific cohorts of users for user research methods: Interviews, prototype and traditional surveys, in-app interventions and more.

We’re a small team with healthy business economics

The market is rewarding profitability over grow-at-all-costs. Having raised a total of $4.6M to reach $25M+ ARR at cash flow positive, we have shown the ability (unique among VC funded tech startups) to grow at a venture scale while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

• 5+ years product design experience.
• Great balance of communication design skills with applied interaction design and brand experience.
• Values the role of quantitative an qualitative research methods to drive the design process.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
