Senior Product Designer - Payments and Invoicing

Role Mission: 

Drive growth by creating the market-leading experience for payments and invoicing for the youth sports industry’s fastest growing and most influential organizations. 

What you’ll do:

• Develop a strong understanding of the product, internal platform challenges, customer challenges, and behaviors from a B2B and B2B2C perspective.
• Continuously improve our product by driving design iterations of existing features and systems.
• Collaborate with product managers to help shape the product and inform future improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineering to test and deliver products and experiences that delight our customers.
• Solicit and contribute to feedback sessions with other designers in order to continually improve the quality of our products.
• Provide mentorship to other designers.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing examples of human-centered designs (ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, and products with shopping-cart experiences)
• Adept at interviewing users, conducting user testing, and prototyping to inform solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally with different groups across B2B and B2C initiatives, coordinating efforts to deliver products that achieve business and individual group goals
• Able to effectively communicate design concepts to a wide range of audiences
• Ability to work autonomously, managing and working on multiple projects concurrently while taking guidance from your manager
• Adept with Figma
