The Challenge Ahead:

CloudTalk's Product team is searching for a talented Senior Product Designer to drive the development of our next-generation calling software. We're looking for someone who can translate conceptual ideas into tangible solutions, with a focus on crafting elegant user experiences for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

What you will work on:

• Help us expand design expertise by bringing experience and contribute to the AI-powered product design 
• Develop, maintain and scale processes or practices for maintaining and maturing the Design System
• Bring new ideas, communicate design concepts effectively to engineers, product managers, and leadership through both visual representations and descriptive explanations
• Translate concepts into solutions and craft elegant UXs across our products
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Understand customer needs alongside our product managers and participate in research, experimentation, and prototyping to find the ideal solution

What makes you a great fit:

• Portfolio showcasing excellence in product design and problem-solving abilities
• 4+ years of experience in a product design role
• Strong knowledge of Figma 
• Track record of creating, implementing, and maintaining expansive design systems spanning multiple platforms
• Previous experience in integrating design efforts with broader company initiatives, fostering cross-team and cross-functional collaboration
• Adaptability and comfort in navigating through changed project timelines
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting
• Demonstrated capability in managing multiple intricate projects simultaneously

Nice to have:

• Experience in AI-powered product development is plus
