Job Description

We are looking for a UI/Visual Designer that demonstrates a knack for multiplatform design and interactivity. In this role, your day-to-day tasks will consist of working alongside other visual designers in solutioning new product features and enhancing current features.

At Re:Sources, UI Designers weave iconography, typography, color, space, and texture together to help our users successfully navigate our products. We believe that each of our products should be beautiful and accessible. As a UI/Visual Designer, you’ll delight users with designs that inspire, engage, and excite them. You’ll rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals—from concept to execution—across many platforms in including web, iOS and Android. You’ll collaborate with your fellow designers to constantly refine the visual design language and create innovative, great-looking products that people love to use.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, with a passion for visual design and interaction design. 

• Exceptional design aesthetics with a portfolio to demonstrate 

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with cross-functional partners, to drive towards successful outcomes 

• Oversee design system usage across applications, advise on best practices, and work to streamline when possible. 

• Experience partnering with Product and Technology to launch cohesive cross-platform experiences. 

• Must be highly proficient in Figma and / or Sketch 

• Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple features and deliver refined designs that follows the design system in a short time. 

• Self-learning, able to identify what needs to get done without being told and able to learn new tools and processes quickly 

• Able to pick-up and drive shifting priorities 

• Work collaboratively with other designers - Friendly, a real team player
