Senior Product Designer- Virtuals

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. You will spend your time deeply immersed in 360-degree product design, from conducting discovery sessions to understanding user needs, to later build and test solutions based on your findings. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Trading, to build a best-in-class strategy and launch new features. You will also work closely with your Design peers to ensure CX consistency and alignment to company goals.

What you will be doing:

• Product Design (80%)

  • Engage in 360-degree product design, including discovery, whiteboarding, and workshops.
  • Conduct user research and empathize with customer needs to inform design decisions.
  • Test solutions with customers to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Deep dive into our behavioral analytics and transactional data to better understand the customer needs

• Solution Building (20%)

  • Develop and implement solutions based on research findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
    

What you need for this role:

• Discovery & Research:

  • Strong expertise in UX, user research, copywriting, UI design, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to conduct, understand, and empathize with customer needs.
  • Experience leading workshops and testing solutions with users.
  • Analyze our behavioral and transactional data to better understand customer needs.

• Design Skills:

  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
  • Familiarity with design systems and implementing them in products.
  • Strong focus on data analytics to drive design decisions.
    
• Soft Skills:
  • Extremely creative with a knack for innovative, outside-the-box thinking.
  • Ability to focus on solving problems while maintaining a user-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong psychological insight to understand user behaviors, triggers, and motivations.
  • Highly customer-focused with an ability to actively listen and engage with users.
  • Experience working in trios (collaborating closely with PMs and Engineers).
    
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Google Analytics for data-driven design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  • Knowledge of Maze or similar tools.
  • Strong focus on data analytics for research and testing solutions.
