Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other UX designers in an agile environment to create accessible, elegant, and engaging user interfaces while balancing technical and delivery constraints.
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design rationale, and research findings verbally and visually.
• Create, evaluate, and modify user experience designs (user interface comps, visual design specs, prototypes, and other visual assets) for medium- to large-scale projects across diverse enterprise applications.
• Apply your up-to-date expertise in user experience design to drive the development, execution, and continuous improvement of user-centered design plans.
• Take ownership of the overall user experience and advocate for usability within the feasibility limits of the technology stack.
• Bring clarity to complex, ambiguous problems by independently tracking answers and validating them with stakeholders.
• Proactively advocate for users, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of design decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8-10 years of UX design experience, with a strong focus on enterprise application design.
• Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodologies, particularly for web-based applications.
• A robust design portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve business problems and meet customer needs through thoughtful design.
• Exceptional interaction design and visual design skills, with hands-on experience conducting user research and creating design systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Expertise in the design thinking process, from initial sketches to pixel-perfect handoff.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong personal management skills to balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with and influencing US-based counterparts.
• Experience working with or without design systems, striving to build one that guides development even in your absence.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of web components or component libraries (e.g., React).

Ability to provide creative solutions within the limitations of existing frameworks.

Education & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in design or a related field is preferred.
