We’re looking for a Sr. Product Director to join our Elite Business Unit. You’ll be responsible for translating the needs of professional sports organizations around the world into a product vision and guiding the team to execute on it. 

We’re looking for a proven strategic product leader who is passionate about driving the sports performance analysis industry forward. You will have led the product strategy and been instrumental in the building and defining the success of the roadmap as well as having experience in managing and developing a scaled product team.

  • Balanced. You see the needs of the customer along with business goals. You understand business models, forecasts, budgets and can bring it all together for your product line(s).
You Will 
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other leaders to set the strategy for our Elite business unit. 
  • Maintain a product vision and roadmap that’s aligned with the business unit’s strategy.
  • Communicate your vision to your team(s), stakeholders and company leadership, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
  • Set customer-centric product outcomes (engagement, usage funnels) that are the strong  indicators of business outcomes (renewal, new sales, cost reduction)
  • Be responsible for products through the lifecycle of discovery, growth, maturity, sunset.
  • Guide discovery on new ideas - quickly throwing out the bad and ramping up the good.
  • Act as an expert in the customers and the products in the elite market.
  • Partner with the Engineering Director and other product leaders to make sure the collective product team on the business unit is healthy, effective, and efficient.
  • Manage, grow and inspire a team of product managers.
