What Does Success Look Like

You will create, develop, and maintain superior software solutions that satisfy our clients' changing needs. Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge features and platform advancements that promote innovation and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

• Build data-rich, smooth user interfaces and experiences, ensuring optimum run-time performance.
• Read, understand, and modify existing code while maintaining and improving its robustness.
• Write code that not only satisfies the requirements but is also reusable.
• Set up alerts and monitor logs to effectively handle unexpected scenarios.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues encountered in production.
• Translate code changes into concise descriptions while creating atomic pull requests.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate actively in recruitment.

Who you are:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• You possess strong programming fundamentals.

• You are a quick learner with a growth mindset in most situations.
