Position Overview
The Senior Product Engineer will be responsible for working within a small team of dedicated engineers to build, test and implement product solutions based on a set standard of requirements. This includes the ability to translate vendor products, product code, roadmap services and implement without negatively impacting current processes. The Senior Product Engineer is responsible for enterprise collaboration software, services, and feature enhancements across the companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding assigned product and how product integrates into Raytheon Technologies and customers.

Position Overview

The Senior Product Engineer is responsible for enterprise collaboration software, services, and feature enhancements across the companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding assigned product and how product integrates into Raytheon Technologies and customers.
The position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for day-to-day support of collaboration products including implementation of services identified from product roadmap
- Participate in team and vendor meetings across organization to ensure product and service is meeting standards and compliance.
- Analyze, architect, design and deliver solutions on collaboration tools which may include Igloo, Microsoft Teams, and Skype for Business platform components. Due to the various complexities, this may involve prototyping, scripting solutions, and partnering with multiple stakeholders and peer technical groups through detailed documentation & presentations.
- Serve as an expert to support the education and training of EUS technical staff, working to increase administrator proficiency and management of implemented solutions
- Participate in 24/7 on call rotation
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-8 years' experience architecting, deploying and configuring Lync/Skype for Business audio, video and telephony solutions Office 365 Unified Messaging.
- Experience running a tool such as Igloo
- Preparing and delivering written and verbal reports and general communications to audiences of varying levels of seniority and technical ability.
- Collaborating and coordinating activities with stakeholders and infrastructure teams on upgrades, installations, and integrations.
- Powershell
- Strong analytical skills; able to assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment
- US Citizen ship is required.
- Willing and able to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
- Experience with O365 GCC-High
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect tool (AD Connect)
- Strong analytical problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and lead through influence to accomplish challenging goals & objectives.
- Excellent understanding of document control, update processes and tools.
- Must work well under pressure and have the flexibility to manage multiple demands.
- Self-starter and independent thinker who is capable of finding and developing solutions.
Education:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 7 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
