Senior Product Engineer

• Contribute to the design, development, and evolution of modern web-based products using a product-first engineering mindset.
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and modern frameworks.
• Develop and support event-driven, cloud-native systems across AWS and/or GCP environments.
• Ensure high software quality through automated testing, observability, and production monitoring practices.
• Collaborate within cross-functional, stream-aligned teams alongside product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Operate production systems using a “you build it, you run it” approach, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Work closely with users and internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into impactful technical solutions.
• Continuously improve engineering practices, architecture, and delivery processes through feedback and iteration.

Requirements:

• Strong experience building modern web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript, with exposure to Python.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (serverless preferred) and/or GCP in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of software quality practices, including test automation and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience supporting production systems with observability tools such as Datadog, tracing, or RUM.
• Ability to work in collaborative agile teams and take ownership of end-to-end delivery.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on user value, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-driven approach to engineering challenges.
