The healthcare space is exploding with the convergence of new service models, technologies, health sector shifts, and a growing demand for open access to health information. • Understand the business and prioritize what adds the most value for our users/customers
  • Model a human-centered product design philosophy on your team in order to deliver better products and build a competitive advantage

  • Demonstrate qualities of transparency, trust, vulnerability, psychological safety, and collaboration

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years' experience designing digital products and/or services utilizing a human-centered approach preferred
  • A clear grasp of experience design best practices for digital and real-world touchpoints
  • IA, journey mapping, blueprinting, and interaction design chops and proficiency with relevant tools
