What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years of professional relevant experience within software development environment
- Certified Scrum Product Owner and/or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred
- Experience with common product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Prior experience working with Agile development team on development and deployment of product releases
- Experience writing user stories, managing a product backlog, facilitating meetings
- Solution-oriented team player who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders with a variety of backgrounds, experience, and expertise
- Must be able to effectively prioritize workload, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up and problem resolutions skills
- Active listener who considers all perspectives before determining the best solution
- Strong interpersonal communication skills as well as written and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, sharp analytical skills and ability to effectively problem solve.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, project management experience a plus
Impact You'll Make:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Solutions Product team supporting the ElementOne Analytics Platform that provides consumer insights to brands, agencies, and publishers across industry verticals. The Sr. Product Management Analyst serves as the customer proxy responsible for working with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize stories in the team backlog. The Sr. Product Management Analyst collaborates closely with all stakeholders including User Experience Design, Engineering, QA and Customer Success Team to determine the best feature set to meet the Roadmap requirements that delivers a differentiated solution to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the team backlog - responsible to define the stories, refine and prioritize the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities
- Actively participate in all agile meetings (daily stand ups, sprint reviews, planning meetings, retrospectives) to drive prioritization and remove impediments
- Champion the user experience by providing Acceptance Testing of completed development tasks
- Work with Product Management, Engineering, User Experience Design, Analytics, other Product Owners and Stakeholders to prepare for Program Iterations
- Serve as a subject matter expert for implementation questions between QA and Engineering, and represent the end user perspective
- Collaborate closely with the Client Success Team to find creative solutions to unique client needs; to triage or answer product-related questions; and to understand and prioritize enhancement requests that will retain current clients or attract new clients
- Prioritize and help produce release artifacts including release notes, release videos, and documentation
- Facilitate product release audit processes and procedures to ensure releases meet compliance requirements
- Constantly identify ways in which our team can work more efficiently across functional groups
