Senior Product Management Manager

Company HQ: Atlanta, GA; may work remote in USA

Duties: Take full ownership and support and actively work towards the growth strategy execution of the Sinch software product portfolio of Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS), including Conversation API, Chatlayer.ai, Contact Center and others. Manage a team of Product Managers, coach them, and support career advancement. Responsible for the success, quality, cost management and delivery of a product or project in the whole product lifecycle as defined in the portfolio. Contribute to the efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of processes. Increase growth and customer value add: Analyze technology trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities for Sinch. Proactively engage and provide input for product strategy discussions. Contribute to developing solutions to clients based on the capabilities of the Sinch portfolio, working in conjunction with and coordinating teams in Product, Sales and Engineering to increase customer value add. Constantly evaluate competitive products on basis of publicly available information to ensure assigned product is on-par or competitive in the current market. Customer roll-in: Conduct user research, participate in and organize engagements such as customer events, lead development of tailored presentations, live demos and proof of concepts. Ensure product definition: Ensure customer input into all product definitions. Prioritize and describe product backlog that reflects customer and user needs. Enrich backlog and ensure that the scrum software development team and other relevant stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding. Ensure rollout plan. Ensure product delivery through effective use of development and project planning technologies: Contribute to a holistic product vision and product design and ensure all product teams have a comprehensive understanding of it. Develop test cases and/or conduct expert testing and validate planned and implemented scope throughout product lifecycle and ensure delivery of high quality software. Accept or reject software development sprint results. Contribute to creation of product-related non-coded assets (such as rollout and knowledge transfer material). Create and contribute to the delivery of a product to implement the solution strategy. Collect and incorporate early feedback from customers and other relevant stakeholders. Remain cognizant of usable software being available at the end of every sprint.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing. 4 years (may be before/during/after degree) of experience as Product Specialist, Product Manager or related that includes the following: Agile methodology, Sprint and project planning, and road mapping using JIRA as a tool for planning, execution and reporting; Product management of CpaaS and SaaS solutions, including underlying rules and commercials of specific services such as communication channels API; Analysis of product architecture, and design of solution landscape combining the necessary technologies; Product management of software solutions using JavaScript, NodeJS, Java, Rest API, Cloud Platforms (including AWS) with automated deployment processes using Docker and Kubernetes; Work with and coordination of cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
