What you will be doing

• Maintain the product roadmap by setting goals formulating strategies planning initiatives prioritising features as well as…⬇️

• Coordinate project meetings and tasks setup and maintain PRDs

• Guide the implementation of new features and enhancements with your squad

• Measure impact of changes to incorporate these insights into future plannings

• Analyse user insights & conduct user interviews as needed

• Push the product communication to make sure our users and teams are well-informed on the current state of product development

• Coordinate resolution of (critical) issues together with engineering team

• Work closely with our Customer Success team to identify common user issues and the ways to resolve them

Who you are

• 📌 You have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS environment in one of the following product areas (CRM lead management messaging relationship management or similar)

• 🥷 Project Management Ninja : you’re good at coordinating project meetings and tasks setting up and maintaining PRDs creating & managing tickets keeping people informed handling interests from all stakeholders along the product development cycle

• 🙇‍♂️ Empathetic Leader : you’re able to lead a small team of engineers & designers motivate them and care for their well-being

• 🤓 Technology Geek : you have a deep understanding of online marketing coding design and business development

• 🧐 UX Analyst : you have experience in collecting and analysing user insights and you know how to use them to uncover product opportunities and measure success of new features/improvements

• 🏋️‍♂️ Real Champion : you work hard & diligently spark others with positive mindset; you deliver results through an established approach to task- and time-management
