Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid workstyle)

Position Summary

The aaS (as a Service) Senior Product Manager will help accelerate growth and advance NCR's global competitiveness through managing strategic initiatives to enable NCR's goal of becoming an As A Service (aaS) company. The ideal candidate has very strong business transformation skills and leadership, a solid business mind, and is passionate about driving change and getting things done. This individual will drive the future state vision of the shift to Salesforce CPQ as part of NCR's Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation, partnering with many internal stakeholders and roles across NCR's three business units, functional organizations and IT.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Lead all aspects of the CPQ strategy and implementation activities, accountability, and outcomes
  • Ensure progress and success, incorporating inputs and business requirements from many stakeholders and subject matter experts across 3 business units
  • Develop, communicate, and collaborate strategy, plans, requirements, and to-be business processes, working in concert with cross-functional team members and peers driving parallel workstreams
  • Establish and lead governance and meeting cadences, including team member solutioning work sessions, status meetings, and executive readouts
  • Lead and contribute to workstream and program communications covering all stakeholder levels, tailoring content to be audience-appropriate (project teams/members, internal customers, external customers, first line and middle management, executive leadership)
  • Participate in and contribute to scrum and sprint planning meetings with IT and project management resources, including backlog management
  • Serve as a key member and participant in the larger aaS Transformation set of programs and related governance, which includes parallel and interdependent projects needing strong integration, coordination, and aligned priorities
  • Develop, measure, and manage goals, success criteria, and success metrics for pilots, implementation phases, and overall process effectiveness


Educational & Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study, MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of proven experience leading large-scale transformational projects
  • Product management expertise with Quote-to-Cash toolsets and technology improvements (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience working in a global, multi-national technology firm (a SaaS- or subscription-based company is strongly preferred)
  • Large program governance leadership experience
  • Proven background with driving and delivering results in user experience improvement and process design simplification
