Senior Product Manager

Anomaly is enabling fast, accurate healthcare payments—reducing healthcare costs and complexity.

Over $300B is lost every year to avoidable denials and payment errors, impacting the affordability of healthcare. We’re partnering with the largest healthcare companies, including providers and payers, to build novel technology that reduces friction in healthcare payments. Smart Response uses AI to predict and prevent payment errors before they occur. This solution is powered by our claim prediction engine, which analyzes billions of transactions to predict claim denials and reasons with over 97% precision. Instant Pay (coming soon) will further streamline payments by enabling providers to immediately get paid at claim submission. Founded in 2020, we recently announced $17M in Series A and seed funding led by Redesign Health, RRE, and other top venture investors. As one of Anomaly’s first Product hires, you will play a key role in the development of Anomaly’s core precision payments product. You will work closely with some of the most innovative healthcare companies in the process. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and across the company.

What you'll do:

• Drive product development from conception to launch, coordinating amongst stakeholders (leadership, data scientists & engineers, subject matter experts) throughout the process
• Develop a deep understanding of our payer and provider customers and their needs, including driving customer and user research, refining key personas, synthesizing market research, and translating user needs into product requirements and a clear roadmap in collaboration with the rest of the organization
• Contribute to shaping the 3-year product vision, incorporating company strategy, industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our products
• Support sales and business teams and join key customer and Board meetings

What you'll need:

Qualifications

• You are an experienced Product Manager with substantial experience in healthcare technology, including end-to-end ownership of complex healthcare products
• Strong technical skills - don’t have to be an engineer but can navigate APIs, databases, and system architecture and develop a working understanding of AI/ML techniques. (Bonus: hands-on engineering experience and/or a degree in a technical field)
• Excellent project management and written and verbal communication skills

This role is based in NYC (COVID-pending), with a relocation stipend available. We are open to permanently remote for exceptional candidates.
