Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, focusing on improving user retention and engagement
- Define and prioritize product features aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and community stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
- Identify new product opportunities and contribute to long-term roadmap planning and key results definition
- Drive experimentation through iterative releases, validating hypotheses with data and user feedback
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to assess product performance and inform decisions
- Maintain clear and transparent documentation for both internal teams and external community stakeholders
- Guide cross-functional teams in agile development processes and ensure alignment on priorities
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on user-facing digital products
- 3+ years of experience managing mobile applications on Android and/or iOS platforms
- Proven track record of launching and optimizing features in large-scale consumer apps
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within agile or iterative development environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, or product analytics
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commitment to inclusive product development and diverse user needs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with marketplaces, personalization, or community-driven platforms
