Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product team. After a year in this role, you will have shaped our pathways into care for students seeking support, and you will have built out a brand new mental health service line to help students achieve their mental health goals. The person in this role will have a meaningful level of ownership over a significant portion of Mantra’s care model, and the services and digital experiences that power it.

We’re looking forward to meeting PMs who have a background working in hybrid environments which cut across service and digital product development, particularly in the healthcare industry. We're excited about candidates from all backgrounds who are passionate about our mission to make mental healthcare accessible and available to young adult students in the U.S.

The Senior Product Manager will:

• Report to the Head of Product.
• Own our pathways into care, ensuring students land in the right level of care based on their needs, and optimizing those funnels over time.
• Define and build a new mental healthcare service line for students.
• Collaborate with our clinical leadership team, engineering, design, and operations, to balance service line operational efficiency, patient safety, and conversion into care.
• Conduct customer and user research and integrate it into our development processes.
• Define conversion and routing efficiency KPIs and actively analyze data and user feedback.
• Serve as the PM in sprint planning; manage the roadmap to ensure on-time delivery and overall product quality, and proactively remove roadblocks to support your team.

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager
• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager working on digital healthcare services
• Experience designing digital products for end users, as well as the operational workflows for those managing, and those delivering services, to end users.
• A deeply analytical mindset, with a background in STEM preferred.
• A strong understanding of healthcare value
• A senior product thinker who is excited to mentor and coach other product managers.

The salary range for this position is $155k-$175k
