• Responsibilities. Responsible for working with teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. Create, organize your roadmap. Own the design. Document and prioritize product features. Learn and research new industry trends to make our products better. Incorporate what makes sense into product roadmap based on clients, the market, ADP's goals, and what impact the future of tech will have on your products. Create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately. Collaborate across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, and UX teams, to name some, to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be. Gain experience measuring product effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and driving priorities. Work with UX teams on client experience journeys to delivering new features, product enhancements, or creating new services.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, Business Administration or related field of study and five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience. Employer will accept pre-Bachelor's degree experience. Employer will accept two (2) years of additional experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Documenting and prioritizing product features; Integration of Java and COBOL system; Payroll Domain expertise; Agile software methodology, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean; API and REST; Leading project portfolios with many key stakeholders; HCM Domain; Overseeing scrum teams to ensure alignment and timeline deliverables; and Strategic return in investment analysis.

The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Salary Range: $109,857 to $164,900 per year / year
