Reporting into the Director of Product this role will be the focused on developing the roadmap and execution of new Enterprise focused products and features. The ideal candidate is excited about testing and developing new products in an ambiguous environment and/or complex problem spaces, and is comfortable switching from strategy to execution.  

How you'll contribute:

  • Collaborate closely with design, research and engineering to turn concepts into valuable, viable, and usable products and features
  • Serve as the voice of Enterprise customers, defining and communicating user problems, business opportunities, roadmaps  initiatives, prioritization & trade-off decisions, and KPIs
  • Own and drive your teams roadmap and OKRs to serve business outcomes
  • Collect & leverage research, analytics, data, user feedback, or other objective information to support product direction & new initiatives
  • Conduct research with customers and prospects. Perform competitive analysis and gather and synthesize valuable market insights
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and product marketing to take new products and features to market

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, SaaS and/or B2B experience preferred but not required
  • Strong track record of delivering products and features with measurable impact and value
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
  • Strong problem solving abilities with experiencing leveraging a variety of both qualitative and quantitative data sources to help identify, prioritize and design product features
  • Excellent written communication skills. Ability to present to executives & key stakeholders with clarity & confidence
  • Proven ability to collaborate & lead cross functionally, motivating and influencing
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced start-up environments.

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000
