Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our product organization, driving the development of new features, enhancing user experience and design, and ensuring customer success.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and customer success to deliver products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features across our multi-SIEM platform. Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
• User Experience & Design: Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Ensure that our products are user-friendly and solve real problems for our customers.
• Customer Success: Work with the customer success team to understand user needs and pain points. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption.
• Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with company objectives and market demands. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role (5+ years experience)
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with designing product features for SaaS solutions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
