About the Role

We are looking for individuals with strong customer-centricity, exceptional communication skills, strong analytical skills, and comfort in tackling technical challenges. Sounds exciting? We’d love for you to join us!

A day in the life

• Drive Product Strategy for our core Product area that focuses on acquiring and delighting customers who come to Rocket Lawyer for the first time or as return customers. This includes leading aspects of the agile software development cycle such as backlog grooming, daily scrums, and prioritization.
• Coordinate across internal teams to make sure there is good alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, and Operations.
• Engage users in pre-launch testing and log feedback and bugs.
• Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap.
• Analyze KPIs that inform the success of products.
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features and experiments.

About you

• +5 years of experience in building software products focused on Acquisition/Growth areas
• Passionate about our mission
