Senior Product Manager

Checkr is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Decide, Manage, and Growth product area. This product area is responsible for providing customers with adjudication capabilities and analytics, insights, and tools to understand their use of the background check process.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Decide team, you will own the overall product strategy and execution for scaling data and analytics to external customers. You will deliver high quality, scalable, and innovative solutions to our external customers.

What You’ll Do:

• You will own customer facing data products at Checkr and bring a strong point of view on what problems can be solved via data for our customers
• Identify gaps within our offerings for the potential to commercialize future data products
• Collaborate with design and research teams to understand what will deliver value to clients
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship new integration products 
• Understand the limitations of data privacy and governance, and legally approved use cases for PII
• Cultivate a deep understanding of our internal operations and champion a connected experience for our partners and the internal teams that support them

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling data products 
• Deep experience with quantitative disciplines such as Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
• Strong customer focus - you care about your customers and view their success as your own
• A consultative approach to problem solving through business use cases and questions to analytics and insights while working with CSMs to to manage customer expectations
