POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Product Manager for New Products at EarnIn, you'll help bring our mission to life - reinventing the financial system and helping our community members get to a better place financially. You will be responsible for scaling our core product as well as building the next set of product innovations and features to drive the growth of our business. You’ll need to employ everything in your product toolkit to architect the product strategy, constantly discover new insights, and drive forward on execution. The team is looking for someone with strong 0-1 product development or technical experience who is naturally curious, able to dive deep and passionate about marketing incredible products. This is a great role for someone looking to move into, or expand their experience, in product space in startups. 

This is Palo Alto-based and will require hybrid work from our headquarters every week with about 3 days a week in office. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,500 - $262,400 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop the product vision, roadmap, and key proof points.
• Be scrappy and work with a small cross-functional team to bring the vision to life.
• Work to scale the product and make it sustainable.
• Communicate with stakeholders including the executive team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience with 0-1 or new products
• Critical thinker with cross-functional skills. Comfortable speaking directly with customers, driving product design, working with engineers, making marketing plans and managing revenue and costs
• Confidently creates rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and iteration
• Ability to influence and build alignment across the team to successfully deliver against goals
• Ability to think outside the box to solve hard problems with creative and radical ideas
• Prior fintech, card, or payments experience is a plus but not a requirement
