Position Overview:

The senior product manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of assigned projects. The manager will be responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project. The manager will be responsible for operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise. Will develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Will conduct project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Will ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Also manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Will provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Will recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

Responsibilities:

• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
• Plans and leads major technology assignments
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
• Functions as a technical expert across the team and tasks
• May be the lead for others

Requirements:

• Responsible for planning, prioritizing, executing, and
  maintaining programs and projects per customer
  requirements
• Accountable for a project’s schedules, milestones,
  deliverables and budget
• Ability to interact and brief customers on a technical and
  non-technical level
• Experience with Cloud provisioning, DevSecOps,
  management, and agile development methodology
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage
  resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various
  stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards
  throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Facilitates and guides teams and projects across multi-
  functional platforms to ensure cohesiveness
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to work on high performing teams
