Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team in Poland. 

Our California-based customer is an American global e-commerce leader, one of the most popular and successful websites on the Internet. It provides platform services by connecting millions of sellers and buyers in more than 190 markets around the world. 

The Product Manager will be responsible for acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, to develop an innovative cloud-based livestreaming project that will shape the future of global e-commerce.

Our goal is to personalize the online shopping experience, engage customers with more ways to interact with sellers, and automate processes to increase buying satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing product roadmap, priorities, and deliverables
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the product development process
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and refine product features and specifications
• Establishing effective delivery framework and executing process improvements
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies associated with product development
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex software products or projects with international clients
• Ability to work part-time with EDT/PST timezone 
• Ability to travel to US for workshop sessions 
• Sense of urgency and dedication to meeting requirements according to the project plan and stakeholders needs
• In-depth experience scaled Agile methodologies in practice (SAFe)
• Solid soft skills including business savviness, communication, and problem solving
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2)

Nice to have:

• Experience in managing e-commerce projects
• Business Analyst or Scrum Master roles in the past
• Engineering background
